Daily Rental
Hall size 100' x 90'
We use an accordion gray wall for the back of the hall.
Seating for 250 with black banquet chairs
24 - 60" round tables seats 6 comfortable and 8 tight.
5 - 8' rectangular

5 - 4' rectangular (adjustable height)
2 - 5' rectangular
Reception hall $1500
hourly set up (after4 hrs) $ 50
arch rental $ 20
Deposit on contents $ 300 (if cancelled refundable 90 days prior)
Hold date deposit transfers to content deposit when rental is paid in full 60 days prior to rental date.
Caterer must remove all food at the end of the night to dumpster on property.
Guests out by midnight, decorations gathered to corner and picked up by noon next day.
A one page contract with a copy of renters declaration page for host liquor coverage will be signed by both Full Quiver and renter.
Rental includes:
Tables / Chairs / 6 large trash cans with liners/ fireplace
refrigeration / ice machine / and 3 large clean up sinks
Large well lit parking lot / front overhang for outside dwellers/smokers
Hourly Rental
Banquets, Baby showers or family gatherings too big for your home, 25 guests or more
Hall is seating area of building $200 for 2 hours (used as deposit to hold date)
$ 60 every hour after
Adding portion of the range $ 20 can adjust for tables and floor space needed
Total hours meeting the hourly criteria is 4 hours and 1hour free for set up. If cancelled 60 days
prior refund returned.
