Certification Course

  We now can certify basic archery coaches!  We passed our Intermediate Archery Instructor certification course on January  9th.   The purpose was to introduce basic shooting steps, safety, range set up, equipment set up and repair, fitting equipment to an archer, how to teach archery and how to teach the Basic Instructor course.  If you want to be an Intermediate instructor or higher John Stover is a NADA Certified Regional Coach, USA Archery Nationn Judge and USA Archery National JOAD Committee North Region Representative.  His e-mail for more information is jjstover@chartermi.net.  

Down the road our goal is to host JOAD events and open up to tradional shooters with open shooting and events tailored to them.  Teaching students, scouts and 4-h. Overall getting our youth with a bow in their hands and teaching them proper form and etiquette.  Passing the gift of archry to our youth is a wonderful gift.  We have a beautiful facility and our hopes are the community finds us and utilizes what is in thier own backyard.
